Confoederatio, Research Division or CRD for short is Confoederatio's main organisation dedicated to scientific tooling and applied database research, particularly in the area of historical geostatistics. It is responsible for maintaining Naissance GIS, Eoscala, Velkscala, Stadestér, and historical Gini databases, as well as other historical indicators in a geospatially and historically relevant manner from 10000BC-2025AD.
Alongside Confoederatio, Technical Division (CTD), which works on grand-strategy games, software engines, and backend frameworks, CRD can be considered one of the two main Divisions within Confoederatio as a whole.
